Kite Design fully facilitated Harith’s 702 Walk the Talk campaign, from concept to implementation. The objective was to show how Harith empowers communities through their financial contribution and investment in infrastructure throughout Africa.
Kite Design was briefed to come up with an interactive way to educate staff on the various projects throughout Africa. We developed a concept whereby augmented reality technology is used to “transport” the viewer to a chosen site in Africa. Using an iPad, the viewer hovers the device in front of a particular project and a video about the project as well as other information is then displayed.
THE SOUTH AFRICAN MINT
Kite Design produced various promotional items for the South African Mint. These include landyards, badges and pens.
Kite Design designed the Redpath corporate brochure giving it a more modern and professional look to it.
The brochure was printed on beautiful soft touch stock and UV spot finishes to ensure its corporate feel was carried through.
Kite Design conceptualised and created the Word Development brand, which includes logo, look and feel, business cards and badges.
The brief was to visually convey Word Developments' “fun” company culture ensuring that brand still conveyed a level of professionalism.
THE AH GROUP
Kite Design conceptualised and created the AH group brand which includes the logo, look and feel and business cards.
The AH group is a professional marketing and communications company focusing on investor relations. The AH brand creation conveys this professionalism as well as sleek look which is to the point.
Kite Design conceptualised and created the Growth Marketing brand.
The brief was to create a brand which conveyed the owners management style which was evident to be ‘to the point’ and bold. We used block colouring, a bold font and very little content on collateral to convey this.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CAMPAIGN: EDUCATEHER
Kite Design conceptualised and created the Educateher brand and roll out.
The brand concept focuses on illustrating the opportunities less fortunate girls have if education is a possibility. This is juxtaposed in their current situation to emphasise the opportunity.
The design concept focuses on the strength of a diamond which empower girls and connects them all over the world.
Photography capturing strong emotion was the core focus of the campaign to assist in the story telling element.
All the posters conveyed a different message and were placed in situations that relate to the communication of the specific design.
CARMELLA'S ON THE SQUARE
Kite Design conceptualised and created the Carmella's on the square brand. The brand concept focuses on a warm and welcome coffee shop brand.

Kite Design conceptualised and created the Orca Autobody & Restoration brand. The name was given to us to work with and we loved it, the Orca represents direction and team work. We have created a brand that mixes the importance of the Orca with what the company does - Autobody & Restoration.
